With a career shaped by global travel and over 10 years in hospitality, focusing on cocktail bars and mixology, Richard founded the brand with a clear, uncompromising vision for modern beverages, following 20 years of construction industry leadership. First-hand experience behind the bar refined a deep understanding of flavour, balance, and consumer expectations, while decades delivering complex construction projects instilled discipline, precision, and respect for building things to last.
Having recently turned 40, Richard sought a new, ambitious challenge — one that would push him creatively and commercially while disrupting the drinks market in a positive way. Driven by a passion for art and graphic design, he personally shaped the brand’s identity, ensuring it offers something genuinely different. Today, those principles come together to create bold, functional beverages focused on quality, responsible sourcing, and sustainability — designed for performance, longevity, and impact.... without compromise!
Freddie Hogan
Tech Lead
At just 16 years old, Freddie is already a key part of the foundation and growth of the company. While currently studying at college, he has played an active role in helping set up the business and continues to support its development across day-to-day operations, creative input, and brand direction.
Driven, ambitious, and hands-on, Freddie brings a fresh perspective and strong work ethic, proving that age is no barrier to innovation and commitment.

Wendy supports Wrath as a company secretary, bringing over 25 years of corporate experience, including senior management roles. With a background in business administration and therapeutic coaching, she provides structured oversight, compliance support, and precise administration - helping ensure the business remains well - organised, compliant, and supported as it grows.
